Online Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of purchase. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days from the original date of purchase. All returns and exchanges must be made through Quailsstores.com by mail. Please note that we only offer returns via USPS at this time. Online orders will not be accepted at any of our store locations. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt. Any refunds will be made in the original form of payment. No returns are accepted on worn or tailored items. All returned items must be in their original condition with tags attached and in their original packaging.
All sales of Gift cards and e-gift certificates and items marked as sale are final. FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for refunds, credit, or exchanges.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be processed and will not be sent back to the customer.

In-Store Return Policy
Returns — All unaltered and unworn merchandise may be returned within 21 days of the original date of purchase. All returns with a store receipt will be given a cash refund for cash purchases or charge credit for charge purchases.
No returns are accepted without a store receipt. Any partial return of a package that included multiple discounts for greater than one item will be fully returned. The merchandise kept will then be charged at the correct purchase price.
Layaway Policy — No Refunds will be given for purchases using layaway, but will receive store credit. A minimum deposit of 30% is required. Payment must be made every 14 days. Layaway must be completed within 40 days. There will be a 10% restocking fee on all cancelled layaways after 40 days. No refunds on layaway deposit.
Store Credit — Store credit is good for one year from the original date on store credit receipt. Receipt must be presented.
Price Match Guarantee — We shop the stores to make sure that we are giving you the best prices. If you find the same label, style and color for less (within 7 days of purchase) we will meet our competitor’s price.
