Online Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your item(s) within 14 days of purchase.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 14 days from the original date of purchase. All returns and exchanges must be made through Quailsstores.com by mail.
All returns must be unaltered or worn. Please note that we only offer returns via USPS at this time. Online order returns are not accepted at any of our store locations.
If you wish to return an item purchased online please email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org with your request. Please list the order number, your first and last name in order for us to locate the order.
Once received a personnel will email you a return label instructions and answer any additional questions needed.
Once you receive the return label in your email, please print the label and tape in front of the original box the item arrived in. Place the item you wish to return inside of the box and tape the box. Drop off the box at your nearest USPS location or contact our agent to see if the possibility to schedule door to door pick up is available. Once we receive the item back in our warehouse and the item is checked for worn and damages then the return will be processed.
Please allow up to 5 days for funds to reflect back in your account, once the return has been officially processed.
Any refunds will be made in the original form of payment. No returns are accepted on worn or tailored items. All returned items must be in their original condition with tags attached and in their original packaging. .
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be processed and will be sent back to the customer.

In-Store Return Policy
Returns — All unaltered and unworn merchandise may be returned within 21 days of the original date of purchase. All returns with a store receipt will be given a cash refund for cash purchases or charge credit for charge purchases.
No returns are accepted without a store receipt. Any partial return of a package that included multiple discounts for greater than one item will be fully returned. The merchandise kept will then be charged at the correct purchase price.
Store Credit — Store credit is good for one year from the original date on store credit receipt. Receipt must be presented.
Price Match Guarantee — We shop the stores to make sure that we are giving you the best prices. If you find the same label, style and color for less (within 7 days of purchase) we will meet our competitor’s price.
